Schedule
The deposit sets the schedule, with generally a three to six week wait between payment of the deposit and delivery. We will let you know our expected delivery time when you inquire about any of our log furniture.
Payment
We accept major credit cards through PayPal or through email money transfer. The 50% deposit may also be made by cheque.
Taxes
BC residents pay the 7% PST and all Canadian residents pay the 6% GST. Purchases by US residents are tax-exempt when the furniture is delivered to a US address.
Shipping Costs
For shipping in Canada the cost is typical 15% to the total cost before taxes, shipping cost may be higher for some remote locations. For delivery in the US we will provide a quote on a per order basis. All of our log furniture is ships to the US Duty Free, although there will be minor Customs brokerage charges.
U.S. Shipments
To ship furniture into the U.S., we are required to provide U.S. Customs with a Social Security Number for personal purchases or a Federal tax I.D for business purchases. Without this number your shipment will not be allowed across the border by Customs.

Resort and lodge owners, furniture retailers and those in the design trades should contact us directly for a quote on our log and rustic furniture. Catkin Loop also provides wood for custom architectural features
